The Speakers Booking Vault: Inquiry to Encore
Price goes up January 1, 2027

Every template, script, and form I've used for 11 years. Now yours to keep.

From the first "are you available?" email to the thank-you note after the event, this is the full backend behind three Hall of Fame speaking careers. You get the system and the lessons to use it. Your assistant gets the playbook. And if you want me in your corner while you put it to work, that's available too.

The price goes from $5,500 to $7,000 on January 1, 2027. Sign up by December 31 to lock in today's price, then start whenever you're ready in the new year. Private consulting is limited to five speakers, because it's live time with me.
The problem

You're great on stage. Behind the stage is a different story.

An inquiry comes in and nobody's sure what to send back. A hold sits for three weeks with no follow-up. The contract gets rewritten from scratch every time. Your assistant is asking you for the AV details the night before. And the testimonial you meant to request? That client moved on months ago.

None of this is because you're careless. It's because nobody ever handed you a system. Most speakers build their backend one emergency at a time, and it shows.

Here's what that costs you: lost bookings, slow payments, a stressed-out assistant, and clients who never quite get the white-glove experience your fee says they should.

Most speakers lose money in the gaps: the hold that expired, the invoice that went out late, the AV detail nobody asked about.

The Speakers Booking Vault closes those gaps with the templates, scripts, and event action lists I've used behind three Hall of Fame speaking careers.

Before working with her, my business was a mess. I think I lost $30,000 in opportunities because I was disorganized with no systems and poor customer service. However, with Regina, my business and brand have excelled to exponential growth.

Why I built this

For years, the only way to get my systems was to hire me.

I'm Regina Baker-Chenier, but most folks call me Nina. Some call me The Speaker Whisperer. I've been building and running the backend of speaking businesses for 11 years, and I've been named from the stage by three Hall of Fame (CSP, CPAE) speakers who earned those designations while working with me.

I still offer long-term consulting if you need me to walk you through my 11 years of experience in this industry. It includes everything in the membership, training your team, plus monthly Zoom sessions. The price tag on that is $15k.

Not every speaker needs that, and I'm not letting 11 years of work sit in a folder. So I packaged it. Every template, every script, every form I actually use. No theory. No "you should probably have a contract." The actual words, ready to use.

Let me be straight with you: there's no secret sauce here. There are no magic wands in this industry. What there is, is a backend that works, done the same way every time. That's what the Vault gives you.

Crystal Washington, CSP, CPAE

Regina is very likely the best business manager in the speaking business. Her ability to leverage systems, white glove customer service, and manage teams make her an incredible asset to any speaking business. In the ten years we've been together, she has helped grow my business beyond what I thought was possible.

$1,495 value

Crystal's self-paced course on building a speaking business that actually pays: 28 videos, a workbook, and her own client and email templates. This course shows you the business strategy around it.

The UnLEARN/LEARN Primer for VAs

Hand this to your assistant first. It resets how they think about supporting a speaker before they touch a single template.

Your First 90 Days Worksheet

From my NSA Houston session

Audit, document, and delegate your backend in three 30-day phases. Fill it out with your assistant, because you'll each catch what the other one misses.

Bonus 4

The Liaison Test for Speakers

Ten questions, about four minutes

Find out whether the person handling your speaking business is real support or a bottleneck with a login. It scores coverage, authority, and representation: who answers planners during business hours, who can make decisions without you, and who can explain why a client should book you.

John Register, CSP, CPAE

The way you pour into others and give them the confidence to go from an administrative assistant to a business manager is remarkable. One of the first hires you need to make, in my opinion, is a rock-star admin who can handle not just the calls and booking leads but is empowered to negotiate within approved parameters. If you have a VA or a full-time assistant, you need to have them take Regina's course.

How it works

Buy it, learn it, use it. Add me if you want the accountability.

  1. You get licensed access to the Vault.

Download every template and script and start using them right away.

  2. You work through the lessons at your own pace.

Step-by-step lessons walk you and your assistant through every template, plus training on eSpeakers, SpeakerFlow, and Talkadot so the templates live inside the systems you already pay for.

  3. Want accountability? Add private consulting. Optional

Five 30-minute sessions with me to walk you through the membership. Each one comes with homework and accountability assignments, so you're not just learning the system. You're putting it in place, one session at a time. I'll also answer any questions you have about the speaking industry and audit your website for visibility. This is sold separately.

Most people who buy templates never use them. The lessons solve that by showing you exactly where each piece fits. The consulting solves it for speakers who know they'll only follow through if someone's checking their work.

What "licensed" means: The Vault is for your speaking business and your team. It's not for resale or sharing. Your license renews once a year, which keeps your access and all future updates. If you don't renew, you keep everything you've already downloaded. You just lose access to new material.

Regina provides the structure and processes speakers need to thrive. I recouped my investment in two sessions. Need help with structure and process? Look no further.

Is this for you?

I'd rather tell you now than watch the Vault collect dust.

This is for you if:

  • You're a working speaker with paid bookings coming in
  • You have an assistant, or you're ready to hire one (need one? Start at speakersupportstaff.com)
  • You're tired of reinventing the wheel every time an inquiry lands
  • You want your clients to feel taken care of from the first email to the last

This is not for you if:

  • You're still figuring out whether speaking is a business or a hobby
  • You want someone to run your backend for you (I'm not an assistant, and the Vault isn't one either)
  • You're looking for a shortcut to more bookings. This makes you better at handling the bookings you get. It won't make the phone ring by itself.

Put it in perspectiveMy long-term consulting engagements have always started well above this. The Vault hands you what I'd build in those engagements, and you keep it.

Questions you might have

Straight answers.

December is packed for me. Do I have to start right away?

No. Sign up by December 31 to lock in the current price, and begin in January 2027. You get the same Vault, the same lessons, and the same bonuses. You just get them at the lower price.

I don't have an assistant yet. Should I wait?

No. Find one at speakersupportstaff.com, the Speaker Support Directory, where the support people already understand the speaking business. Then hand them the Vault on day one. Instead of training them from memory, you give them the playbook.

Do I have to use eSpeakers, SpeakerFlow, or Talkadot?

The templates work on their own. The training shows you how to get more out of these tools if you use them, or decide if they're worth adding.

Do I need the consulting?

No. The lessons are built so you can follow them on your own. Add consulting if you know you do better with deadlines and someone checking in. Your assistant is welcome on those calls too.

Will this get me more bookings?

It won't create demand you don't have. What it does is make sure the bookings you get are handled well, paid on time, and turned into testimonials and referrals. That's how one event leads to the next.

Can I still hire you for long-term consulting?

Yes. To see if we're a good fit, schedule time with me here. The Vault, plus the optional five-session consulting add-on, is how I'm working with speakers who sign up for the membership before the end of 2026.

I have a question that isn't here.

Ask me directly on my Talk to Me page. It comes straight to me, whether you're still deciding or already inside the Vault.

Why is consulting limited to five speakers?

It's live time with me. I only have so many hours before the year ends, and I won't rush anyone through.

You built a talk people pay for. Now build the business behind it.

You already did the hard part. Now let's make the business behind it run the way it should. Show up, not catch up.

Here's the deal. The price goes from $5,500 to $7,000 on January 1, 2027. Sign up by December 31, lock in today's price, and start in the new year with your backend already handled. Private consulting is limited to five speakers.
