3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry (allow up to 48 hours).
To prepare for and conduct the call, session, or event you booked.
To deliver the product, course, or service you purchased, including customer-service follow-up on your order.

We contact you about the thing you contacted us about. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

4. What we will not do

Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy governs that request.
Email: messages you send us are received and stored in our business email systems.
Payment processing: product and course payments are handled by third-party payment processors and course platforms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and correspondence records as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain accurate business records. We do not keep information longer than necessary.
