Speakers Are Needy: The UnLEARN/LEARN Primer for VAs

- The 60-minute consultation is optional, separate, and costs $175. It is not part of this purchase.
The full terms below are what actually govern your purchase. Read them before you buy.
1.Who you're buying from
This product is sold by Computerize U-II, doing business as Ask Regina Baker ("we," "us," "our"), 3120 Southwest Fwy Ste 101, Houston, Texas 77098-4520. These terms apply only to the purchase and use of Speakers Are Needy: The UnLEARN/LEARN Primer and its included bonuses (together, "the Product"), sold at askreginabaker.com/speakersvaprimer. Our general site terms are at askreginabaker.com/terms-and-conditions.html. If the two ever conflict, these terms control for this Product.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy.
2.What you get
For a one-time payment of $29.99 (USD), you receive digital access to:
- The guide, Speakers Are Needy: The UnLEARN/LEARN Primer
- Bonus 1: The Speaker VA Services Menu, Tier 1
- Bonus 2: What "Needy" Actually Means: The Five Things You Protect
- Bonus 3: UnLEARN the VA Industry First
Tiers 2 and 3 of the Speaker VA Services Menu are not included in this purchase. The Product is a guide, not a course, coaching program, membership, certification, or credential.
3.Payment and delivery
Payment is processed through our checkout and delivery platform, Teachery, and its payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and any taxes or bank fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.
Access is delivered by email to the address you use at checkout, usually right away. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at email@askreginabaker.com. Use an email address you can actually get into. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by a mistyped or inaccessible address, but we will help you sort it out.
4.Refunds
This is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final and there are no refunds. Please make sure this is something you want before you buy.
The only exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, or if you never received access and we can't fix it, we will correct it. Reach out to us first.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may share your purchase and access records with the payment processor and will remove your access to the Product.
5.How you can use it
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the Product for your own professional development and your own business. All content, including text, frameworks, menus, graphics, and the UnLEARN/LEARN name and approach, is owned by Computerize U-II and protected by copyright.
You may:
- Read it, save it, and print a copy for yourself
- Use the Tier 1 Services Menu as a reference while you build your own service offerings in your own words
- Talk about what you learned and recommend the guide to others
You may not:
- Share, forward, or give away your copy or your login
- Resell, repackage, rebrand, or sublicense any part of it
- Post it, or large portions of it, on a website, group, course, membership, or file-sharing service
- Copy the Services Menu and publish or sell it as your own product
- Use it to teach or train others for a fee
- Upload it into tools or datasets that store, redistribute, or train on it
If you want to use the material with a team or in a training setting, contact us. We can talk about it. Breaking these rules ends your license and may lead to further action.
6.No guarantees of results
The Product is educational. It explains how speaking businesses work and what speaker support roles involve. We make no promise that you will land a speaker client, get hired, reach any income level, or succeed in any particular way. Your results depend on your skills, effort, choices, timing, and the market, none of which we control.
Testimonials on the sales page are real statements from real people about their own experience working with or learning from Regina Baker Chenier. Many of them describe work beyond this guide. They are not typical results, and they are not a promise of yours.
Nothing in the Product is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.
7.The optional consultation
After purchase, you may be offered an optional 60-minute one-on-one consultation with Regina Baker Chenier for $175. It is a separate purchase, and it is not included in, required by, or discounted from the $29.99 price. The consultation includes Tiers 2 and 3 of the Speaker VA Services Menu and requires completing an intake form first. Booking, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms for the consultation are provided when you book it, and those terms apply to that service.
8.Emails
Buying the Product adds your email to our delivery list so we can send your access and related follow-up, including information about the optional consultation. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
9.Affiliate disclosure
You may have reached this page through a link shared by an affiliate. Approved affiliates earn a commission on sales of the Product they refer. You pay the same $29.99 either way. Affiliates are independent and do not speak for us. Any claims they make beyond what's on our sales page are their own.
10.Limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost clients, or lost opportunities, arising from your purchase or use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy the Product.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that location. Before going that route, contact us and give us a chance to make it right.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the day you buy is the version that applies to your purchase. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
