Who Am I And Why Should You Care?
In case you don't know me and a friend sent you here, I am Crystal Washington, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional). I am a technology strategist and futurist who has been hired by brands like Microsoft, KIA, Marriott, and Edward Jones to speak all over North America, Africa, and Europe. You can find more information about me on my website. I average sixty paid speaking engagements per year primarily for corporate and association markets. It is estimated that over 90% of speakers fail at reaching a point where they can support themselves full-time as speakers. I not only built a profitable business in a freakishly short amount of time, but I also hold a professional designation that less than 12% of National Speakers Association professional members have, and I've seen estimates that CSPs make up less than  2% of speakers worldwide.  It's a difficult designation to obtain as it takes a minimum of five years and it contains income requirements, client evaluations, and peer reviewed video.

I've only been speaking full-time for six years. However, I hit the six-figure mark in year three, and now I comfortably enjoy a spot in the top 15% of earners of the National Speakers Association. It takes average speakerwell over twenty years to reach my current income level.
