  • Convertkit – The most basic plan is $29/month for up to 1,000 subscribers. What I love about ConvertKit is that it’s subscriber base. That means that if you have one subscriber signed up to many different forms or sequences, they only count as one subscriber, unlike MailChimp. MailChimp charges you for the same subscriber multiple times depending on how many sequences that subscriber is in. Acuity Scheduler – Set appointments, Intake Form Questions for Coaches, Consultants, etc., Package & Gift Certificates, Coupons, Sync with other Calendars, Payment, and Email Settings, & more! Acuity allows you to set your available times and share your calendar with others so that they can book a time to meet/call you. The software will then send you both a reminder email with all of the relevant details. If you’re on a paid plan, it also sends reminders ahead of time. Acuity does offer a free version with limited features. The paid version starts at $15/month (you can sign up for a free trial) and you can embed the scheduler into your website, integrate calendars, online meeting platforms, QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Xero, MailChimp, AWeber, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, or integrate with 500+ other apps through Zapier.
